Plain-language summary: K&R Innovations uses information to operate its websites, respond to people, conduct business, protect its systems, and communicate through its official social-media pages. Postiz is used only to manage K&R Innovations’ own accounts. Visitors and customers are not asked to connect their social accounts to K&R Innovations.
1. Scope and who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how K&R Innovations (“K&R Innovations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit our websites, contact us, submit a form, conduct business with us, subscribe to communications, or interact with our official social-media accounts and other online services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Policy does not govern the independent privacy practices of third-party platforms. Their privacy policies apply when you use their websites, apps, or services.
2. Information we may collect
Information you provide
- contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organization, and mailing address;
- messages, inquiries, feedback, survey responses, files, form entries, and customer-support communications;
- business and transaction information related to proposals, projects, orders, invoices, payments, or partnerships; and
- preferences and consent choices, including newsletter or marketing preferences.
Information collected automatically
Depending on the website and tools in use, servers and service providers may collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, dates and times, approximate location derived from IP address, cookie or similar identifiers, and diagnostic, security, or performance data.
Information from social-media platforms
When you follow, mention, message, comment on, react to, or otherwise interact with a K&R Innovations social-media account, we may receive the information you choose to make available through that platform, such as your display name, username, public profile, message or comment, and engagement information. The platform determines what information is shared and handles it under its own privacy policy.
3. How Postiz is used
K&R Innovations uses Postiz to schedule, publish, and review analytics for K&R Innovations’ own authorized social-media accounts. This is an internal operational use only.
- We do not provide a public feature that allows visitors or customers to connect their social-media accounts.
- We do not use Postiz to manage social accounts belonging to visitors or customers.
- We do not ask visitors or customers to provide social-platform passwords, access tokens, or OAuth credentials.
- K&R Innovations does not separately store the OAuth access credentials used by Postiz to connect our own accounts.
Postiz may process account identifiers, content, schedules, analytics, and authorization credentials for K&R Innovations’ connected accounts under Postiz’s own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Social platforms may also process data under their own policies.
4. How we use information
We may use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Services;
- respond to inquiries and provide requested information, support, products, or services;
- prepare proposals, administer projects, fulfill transactions, maintain business records, and collect payments;
- publish and manage content on our official social-media accounts and respond to public or private interactions;
- send operational messages and, where permitted, newsletters or marketing communications;
- measure website and communication performance and understand general audience engagement;
- detect, investigate, and prevent misuse, fraud, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
- enforce agreements and protect our rights and the rights and safety of others; and
- comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.
5. Legal bases where applicable
Where a law such as the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases may include performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, consent, and legitimate interests such as operating and securing the Services, responding to inquiries, improving our work, and communicating about relevant offerings. You may withdraw consent at any time, but withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our websites may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies for essential operation, preferences, security, analytics, and—if enabled—marketing. You can use available cookie controls or your browser settings to limit cookies. Blocking some technologies may affect website functionality. We will request consent for nonessential cookies where required by law.
7. When information may be disclosed
We may disclose information:
- to service providers that support hosting, security, email, forms, analytics, scheduling, social publishing, payments, professional services, and other business operations;
- to social-media and other platforms when needed to publish content, respond to interactions, or use features you request;
- to professional advisers, such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;
- to authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect rights, safety, and security;
- in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections; and
- with your direction or consent.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide legally required choices.
8. Public social-media interactions
Content you post publicly on social media may be visible, copied, indexed, or redistributed by the platform and other users. Do not post sensitive personal information in public comments. If you send a private message, the platform and K&R Innovations may retain it as needed to respond, keep appropriate records, and protect rights and systems.
9. Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, protecting security, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information, relationship, and applicable law. Information held by a social platform or service provider is also subject to that provider’s retention practices.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You should use appropriate caution when communicating online.
11. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to appeal a decision about a request. You may unsubscribe from marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.
To make a privacy request, email info@kandrinnovations.com with the subject “Privacy Request.” Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, subject to verification of their authority.
12. Disconnecting social-platform access
Because K&R Innovations connects only its own accounts to Postiz, visitors generally have no K&R Innovations social-account connection to revoke. If you believe K&R Innovations has received personal information about you through a social interaction, you may contact us to request review or deletion where applicable. You can also delete your own public content where the platform allows or contact the platform directly. K&R Innovations can disconnect its own accounts through Postiz or the relevant platform’s account-permissions settings.
13. Children’s privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. A specific program directed to minors will use any additional notice and consent required by law.
14. International processing
Service providers and social platforms may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.
15. External links and third-party services
The Services may contain links to websites and tools not controlled by K&R Innovations. We are not responsible for their privacy or security practices. Review the privacy policy of each third party you use.
16. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. The updated version will be posted with a revised date. We will provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.
